Amanda's Crafting Co. specializes in custom-made and personalized products, including but not limited to apparel, accessories, gifts, and promotional items.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.

2. Custom Orders

All custom orders are created based on information, artwork, text, and specifications provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for:

Verifying spelling, dates, names, and design details.
Reviewing and approving mockups or proofs when provided.
Ensuring submitted artwork does not violate copyrights or trademarks.

Amanda's Crafting Co. is not responsible for errors approved by the customer prior to production.

3. Production & Turnaround Times

Production times vary depending on product type, order size, and seasonal demand.

Estimated turnaround times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.

Delays caused by suppliers, shipping carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery times.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Amanda's Crafting Co. reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, unavailable materials, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of custom products, all sales are final.

Refunds, returns, or exchanges will only be considered if:

The item arrives damaged.
The wrong item was sent.
A production error was made by Amanda's Crafting Co.

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and may require photos of the item and packaging.

6. Shipping

Amanda's Crafting Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers.

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Amanda's Crafting Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, graphics, photographs, website content, and branding associated with Amanda's Crafting Co. remain the property of Amanda's Crafting Co. unless otherwise stated.

Customers may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or resell our designs without written permission.

8. Customer-Provided Content

By submitting artwork, logos, images, or other content, you confirm that you have the legal right to use such materials.

Amanda's Crafting Co. is not liable for copyright, trademark, or intellectual property violations resulting from customer-submitted content.

9. Limitation of Liability

Amanda's Crafting Co. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, website, or services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.
